Application of Ground Source Heat Pump System In Tongren Cigarette Factory Project
The technical feasibility and advantages and disadvantages of using ground source heat pump system are analyzed one by one for the production process air conditioner which has requirements on temperature and humidity and runs all year round. Taking tongren Cigarette Factory in Guizhou province as an example, this paper analyzes the technology of cigarette manufacturing and the characteristics of cold/heat load of air conditioning in tobacco industry. Based on the analysis of the hydrogeological conditions of the project site, a composite energy system is determined to adopt the ground source heat pump system as the main, heat recovery and energy storage, and cooling tower cooling as the auxiliary. Combined with the automatic control system of production process, various forms of cold/heat sources in the complex energy system are combined in different forms to form different systems. Under the premise of meeting the requirements of cold/heat source for the air conditioning of cigarette production process, the energy utilization rate is maximized and the operation is the most economical.
