Research on the safe, eco-Friendly and high-Quality development evaluation system of refinery enterprise: reliablity analysis and expansions
Various indicator systems related to the high-quality development of industrial and energy areas are helpful to comprehensively analyze the current status, problems, and potential opportunities of industrial enterprises. Meanwhile, it is of great significance for the superior management departments to summarize industrial rules and formulate development plans for industrial enterprises. However, previous research in statistical measurement and analysis of the industrial-quality development indicator system is still lagging behind, which brings great difficulty to make accurate measurements of the indicator rationality and the consistency of the enterprise indicator data. The usability and validity of the indicators will be affected by the delayed judgment and adjustment of the indicator system. Based on Sinopec's ecofriendly and high-quality development evaluation system, we conducted Cronbach Alpha, ICC (Intraclass Correlation Coefficient), and coefficient of variation tests on enterprise indicator data. Based on these achieved preliminary analysis results, we propose several potential adjustments to some of the indicator items.
