Analysis of Corrosion Behavior of Alloy Materials In Geothermal Fluid Environment

Geothermal fluid (steam, water and gas) has strong corrosion characteristics to alloy materials due to its high salinity and dissolved acid gas, which seriously restricts the efficient development and utilization of geothermal energy. Taking the corrosion medium composition of geothermal fluid as the starting point, this paper systematically combs the corrosion mechanism and corrosion influencing factors of geothermal fluid, classifies and summarizes the corrosion resistance of different alloy materials in geothermal fluid environment, in order to provide basis for equipment material selection in different geothermal fluid environment.
