Application of Absorption Water Source Heat Pump In Oilfield Production System
Oil fields need to burn a large amount of oil and gas resources every year to provide heat for the production system, which not only increases the cost of oil production, but also produces a large number of harmful gases from direct oil and gas combustion, which affects the quality of the environment;At the same time, in the process of oilfield production,a large number of oil-bearing sewage of 40℃~70℃ is produced. These sewage containing a large amount of heat energy is directly used for injection or discharge without utilization,and there is waste of heat energy.Heat pumps can convert low-grade heat energy from oilfield wastewater into high-grade heat energy for oilfield production system heating, saving a lot of valuable oil and gas resources while reducing environmental pollution caused by fuel combustion, so this technology has a wide range of applications in the oilfield production system. This paper discusses the current application and development of heat pump technology in an oilfield, and shows that heat pump technology can effectively utilize the heat energy in oilfield wastewater to better meet the heating demand of oilfield production through the study of heat pump unit selection and energy-saving effect analysis, and has high application value.
