Research On Maturity Evaluation of Geothermal Heating Project Full Cost Management Based On Ahp

Geothermal heating project has the characteristics of green, low-carbon, large investment, controllable cost and tiny profit. It is very necessary to effectively evaluate the geothermal heating project cost management ability to improve the project profitability. This paper comprehensively analyzes the whole process of geothermal heating project, summarizes five key business links and 19 main cost management action indicators, divides different cost management action index standards, and then constructs the maturity evaluation index system of geothermal heating project full cost management. The AHP method is used to give the indicators weight at all levels, and the basic steps of geothermal heating project full cost management maturity evaluation are proposed. Finally, this evaluation method constructed in this paper is applied to verify and evaluate the geothermal heating project full cost management maturity in some region. The evaluation results can point out the weak links in the project full cost management, provide references for the development and operation of similar geothermal heating projects.
