Policy Optimization and Thinking of Geothermal Industry——puyang City In Henan Province As An Example

With the improvement of people's awareness of environmental protection and energy saving, and in order to actively respond to global climate change and realize the transition from high carbon to low carbon and then to net zero emissions, efficient development and utilization of geothermal energy technology has become increasingly mature. As one of the clean energy, geothermal, always adhere to the concept of green development, but in the process of rapid development, we had many problems, such as the top design need to be strengthen, system mechanism is not sound, basic ability are relatively weak, has yet to reach the cognitive range, less international exchange, etc.. We learned from foreign experience, and by the example that one of the "2+26" cities-Puyang city-relied on its unique advantages in resources, we knew that the government have to promote geothermal energy and uses it in a standardized way, and give full play to the overall planning and policy guidance of geothermal energy, which will bring new opportunities and usher in new development for the geothermal industry.
